These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "T&C", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 777tk online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and support features accessible through the 777tk website and mobile browser interface. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the 777tk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • You are a natural person acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any company, trust, or other legal entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 777tk platform or had a 777tk account closed due to fraud, abuse of promotions, or violation of these Terms.
• You are not using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal. It is your responsibility to verify that your use of 777tk is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are registering using your own genuine personal information. The use of false names, false dates of birth, or false contact details is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

777tk reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with 777tk. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in the same name or under different names — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
• You must notify 777tk support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 777tk is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred before you reported the issue.
• All account information you provide must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are required to update your details promptly if any information changes.
• 777tk may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any stage. This may include submitting a copy of a government-issued identification document and proof of your registered payment method.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 777tk reserves the right to apply an administrative charge to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, which will be communicated to the account holder prior to any deduction.

777tk will communicate with you primarily via the registered mobile number and email address associated with your account. It is your responsibility to ensure these details are current and that you check for communications from 777tk regularly.

777tk supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) only. All balances are maintained in BDT. 777tk accepts payments through the following local mobile financial services and bank transfer methods:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 777tk, though your individual payment provider may impose limits on transaction sizes.
• Deposits are credited to your 777tk account balance in real time upon confirmation from your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with proof of the transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 777tk does not process withdrawals to a different account or to third-party accounts. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification.

777tk reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any fraud investigation, KYC verification review, or bonus abuse review. In such cases, the account holder will be notified and the expected resolution timeframe will be communicated.

From time to time, 777tk offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, seasonal promotions (such as Eid bonuses and BPL season offers), and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms.

The improper use of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bots or automated tools, or exploiting technical errors — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure, bonus forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

777tk reserves the right to investigate any account activity that appears suspicious or inconsistent with normal recreational play. During any investigation, 777tk may place a temporary hold on withdrawals from the account under review. The outcome of an investigation may include account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

All content on the 777tk platform — including but not limited to the website design, interface layout, text, graphics, logos, icons, game imagery, promotional materials, and software — is the property of 777tk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the 777tk platform may be reproduced, redistributed, modified, or published without prior written authorisation from 777tk.

The 777tk name, logo, and associated brand elements are trademarks of 777tk. Use of any 777tk trademark without express written permission is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement actionable under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777tk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 777tk platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other financial loss, even if 777tk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777tk makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Players accept these inherent technological risks as a condition of use.

777tk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at 777tk's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

777tk may amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
